S/M measures 5.5" with a 1" gap. Good for a wrist circumference 6" to 6.5"
M/L measures 5.75" with a 1" gap. Good for a wrist circumference 6.5" to 7"
L measures 6" with a 1" gap. Good for a wrist circumference 6.5 to 7.5"
L/XL measures 6.25" with a 1" gap. Good for a wrist 7" to 8"
Cuffs sizes can be flexible depending on your desired fit.
