  • DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?    

           Yes! Custom orders are awesome and I love working out ideas with customers! I would love to make you something special and just for you. Custom orders are subject to a varied time frame. Instagram is a great place to get a feel for my work and ideas about what you are looking for. Deposit required.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT LAYAWAY?

               Yes. I accept layaway plans for pieces over $200 with a specific payment plan. If you see something that you must have but need to create a payment plan, please feel free to contact me directly and I will do my best to accommodate.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

            Returns are accepted on a case by case basis within two weeks of purchase date. Please contact me as soon as possible upon receiving your purchase.  Mishandling or mistreating your purchase cannot be covered under returns. Returns requested after the two week purchase period will be subject to store credit. Custom work orders are non-refundable. Customer service is a top priority of mine and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me with and concerns or questions, I will do my absolute best to resolve them.

 

  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

  1. Caring for your handmade jewelry is very important! The longevity of your handmade, one of a kind piece can be greatly increased by following a few simple guidelines.

  2. Take your jewelry off before washing your hands or taking a shower. Do not swim with your jewelry on.

  3. Avoid any kind of vigorous activity while wearing your jewelry.

  4. Avoid lotion or other chemicals coming into contact with your jewelry.

  5. Avoid extensive sun or heat exposure to your jewelry.

  6. Keep in mind, your jewelry was handmade with care and should be treated and cared for accordingly. Turquoise is not a diamond and not impenetrable.
